I know I'm not the only one around these parts with a bad
case of royal wedding fever. I mean, we've been waiting for months for
Prince Harry to propose to Cressida Bonas--but it seems another
royal-ish wedding might be in the works much sooner. I have some
reliable royal insiders who are certain Pippa Middleton and Nico Jackson
are going to announce their engagement very soon. (And, yes, I
know Pippa's not technically a royal, but when you're the only aunt of
the future king of England, your wedding is basically a royal wedding,
right?)
After William and Kate's wedding (and that much-buzzed about white bridesmaid dress) Pippa was a fixture on the international social scene, but we haven't heard much about her over the past several months. "Pippa's been very intentional about keeping a low profile at the request of the royal family," royal wedding expert Anne Chertoff (who has the latest scoop on Harry's love life on okaymagazine.com) has heard from her network of Brit insiders. In fact, Pippa canceled all the U.S. publicity events following the release of her entertaining book, Celebrate, reportedly at the request of the royal staff.
