Beyoncé isn't the only Mrs. Carter in town.
Nick Carter married his longtime girlfriend, Lauren Kitt, on Saturday in Santa Barbara, California. The 34-year-old singer is the last member of the Backstreet Boys, which formed in 1993, to take the matrimonial plunge.
Nick and Lauren, 30, weren't secretive about their nuptials, which took place under a stunning altar adorned with white and purple blooms. The couple has been tweeting about the big day for weeks with the fitness expert, who competes in bikini contests, even creating a hashtag for the occasion: #NicknLowswedding. They also posted an Instagram photo of themselves affixing a love lock on a bridge in Cologne, Germany.
The bride wore a strapless, mermaid-style gown with lace appliques to walk down the aisle while the singer had on a fitted black Anthony Franco tux. As for the guest list, Lauren's father walked her down the aisle, but it's unclear which of Nick's family members (including singer Aaron, 26) made the cut. Because of family discord, Nick skipped his sister Angel's wedding in February, opting instead to hold his bachelor party in Las Vegas that weekend.
Fans of the "Burning Up" crooner will eventually get an intimate look at the Carter-Kitt affair. A camera crew recorded their wedding planning and nuptials for a reality series called "I 'Heart' Nick Carter," which will debut on VH1 this summer.

The newlyweds became engaged in February 2013 after over four years of dating. With some close friends and Lauren's dad along for the ride, Nick took the group out on his boat to a little island in the Florida Keys, where he popped the question with a 7-carat ring.

This wedding news is a happy development in the life of the pop star, who endured some rocky years during his time in the spotlight, including a stint in rehab. The recovering drug addict and alcoholic lost his sister Leslie to a prescription drug overdose in 2012. In September, he appeared on "Dr. Phil" and said that the rest of his family blamed him for the tragedy, saying that if he "had been there" for Leslie, she might still be alive.
But today is about a happy new beginning for Nick and his missus.
