The
2015 WRX configurator
is live, and it's perfect for people who are indecisive. Subaru doesn't
exactly lavish its domesticated rally cars with luxuries and frivolous
gadgets, so there aren't that many choices for the prospective buyer to
make.
Once you've chosen a model (WRX
or STI) and trim level, transmission, and color, you're basically done.
There's only one option package, which bundles a navigation system,
harman/kardon audio, and Keyless Access and Start for $2,500.
The
WRX starts at $27,090,
including destination. That price buys a 2.0-liter turbocharged
boxer-four engine with 268 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque,
coupled to a six-speed manual transmission. Subaru's Lineartronic CVT is
available on the WRX Premium and Limited models.
