Carrie Underwood took home the top prize at Wednesday's CMT Music Awards, winning Video of the Year for "See You Again."
The event, which took place at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, was hosted byVeronica Mars star Kristen Bell for the third year in a row. Blake Shelton, who won Male Video of the Year for "Doin' What She Likes," presented the Breakthrough Video of the Year award to his Voice protégé Cassadee Pope for "Wasting All These Tears."Photos: See all the hot looks from the CMT Awards
"I honestly am shocked to be
standing here holding this," Shelton said after winning the award. "I'm
freaking out because Cassadee won. I'm so excited for her, so y'all have
made this already an unbelievable night for me."
Shelton's wife, Miranda Lambert, won Female Video of the Year for "Automatic."
Florida Georgia Line and Luke Bryan were
both double winners. Together, they won for Collaborative Video of the
Year for "This Is How We Roll." Florida Georgia Line also won Duo of the
Year and Bryan won Performance of the Year for "Oh No! All Night Long,"
his collaboration with Lionel Richie.
Group Video of the Year went to The Band Perry for "Done."
