Fuel scarcity to last one month

Lagos - The fuel scarcity that has been badly affecting Nigeria for the last while is not going to ease anytime soon.

The Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria (MOMAN) is estimating that shortages in the supply of fuel will last until late March.
Obafemi Olawore, Executive Secretary of MOMAN, said supplies would normalise by March as oil marketers have commenced the importation of the product following the release of the first quarter allocation by the federal government.

He assured that the product would be available in every part of the country within the next few weeks as marketers would have brought enough that can go round.
