Kapfer filed for divorce on Tuesday, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the dissolution.
Kapfer and Gooding had been married for 20 years.
According to TMZ, Kapfer is also moving for joint custody of the couple’s 3 kids, Spencer, 19, Mason, 17, and Piper, 8.
