Trendy or trashy for J-Lo?

.

Jennifer Lopez has gone old school in her latest music video by recreating some of her greatest fashion hits, while "flipping the script" by cavorting with nearly naked male hunks in the clip for "I Luh Ya PaPi," featuring French Montana.
The video opens with Jenny From the Block and her back-up dancers discussing the shoot's theme  with a clueless male record company executive. After they ridicule his terrible ideas, one of her dancers asks, "Why can't we objectify the men?"
Following that, the mother of two 6-year-old twins opens the clip for the dance-floor banger sitting on a bed with a few naked men, wearing a jumpsuit reminiscent of the green Versace gown with the plunging neckline that she made famous at the 2000 Grammy Awards.
According to Lopez, the similarity between the new jumpsuit and her iconic dress was just a coincidence. "We didn't really even plan that," she told People magazine. "The stylist just brought it on the rack and I saw it and was like, 'What's that jungle print doing there?' So it just kind of worked out."
The 44-year-old "American Idol" judge is also seen wearing a white shorts ensemble that recalls the outfit she wore on her 1999 "On the 6 album," frolicking on a yacht with a bevy of boy toys. At other points in the clip, J.Lo sports Daisy Dukes, grey sweats and a white crop-top ,and an orange midriff-baring ensemble that looks like a sexy modified life vest.
As for the Speedo-clad models in the clip, they're not exactly ready for a turn on "Dancing With the Stars." Of the male hunks who were choreographed by her boyfriend, Casper Smart, Lopez told People, "I mean they're beautiful. Lying there, it was genius! But when they had to get up and be like, 'I luh you,' it was like, 'OK guys maybe one more take.' This was the closest I would ever do to a rap video. It was a lot of fun."
Actually there is some rapping in the piece. About two-thirds through the song, French Montana throws down some rhymes. And for the record, he's fully dressed.
