Africa has not finished living a
digital revolution which led to the exhibition. We can not count the number of
private video of this nature which are published daily on social networks. This
particular scandal involves the head of research and assistant professor at the
University of Kinshasa (UNIKIN) and advisor to the Minister of plan in office
scandal with students. This is unprecedented in the history of higher education
in DR Congo. Indeed, a field supervisor and assistant teacher abusing students
of the university was filmed in his “blind” the camera from his office

But the teacher had forgotten to empty the recycle bin on his computer. A
